Darts in hand
- With three darts: treble 19, double 6.
- With two darts: treble 19, double 6.
- With one dart only doubles and the bull finish, and 69 is not one of them.
If the first dart misses
Hit the single 19 instead of treble 19 and you are left on 50, which still goes out with 1 dart: bull (50).
The finishing double
The route finishes on double 6. If that dart catches the single instead, the double halves cleanly: double 3. That is why even doubles are the favourite finishes.
Other ways out
These routes add up too. Players pick between them by the trebles they trust and the double they like to finish on.
- T17 D9treble 17, double 9
- T11 D18treble 11, double 18
- T15 D12treble 15, double 12
